We use only the finest quality, organically produced Black cohosh root.

We don't sell pills or capsules because our organic tinctures are more bio-available and do not contain unnatural ingredients

The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high. The ratio of herb to pure grain alcohol is 1:3. We use alcohol as that is the most efficient method of extraction to gain the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Dosage levels are very small (up to 1.5ml per dose) so you do not need to worry about driving.

Tincture manufactured and bottled in the UK to GMP approved standards. Herb from USA.

Contains 60% v/v organically produced pure grain alcohol

Black cohosh is not suitable for children or when pregnant or breast feeding. The use of herbs rich in saponins is cautioned in patients with coeliac disease, fat malabsorption and vitamin A, D, E and K deficiency. Caution is also advised in patients with preexisting cholestasis.

Do not exceed the stated dose. In very rare cases Black cohosh may cause problems with liver function, if gastrointestinal problems, rashes or other side effects are experienced then stop taking immediately and consult your health practitioner.
