We don't sell pills or capsules as they are less bio-available and usually contain unnatural ingredients
The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high with a herb to pure grain alcohol ratio of 1:3. We use alcohol as that is the most effective method to extract the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Dosage levels are small, up to 10ml (which is less than half a unit for UK driving) and up to 5ml for older children.
Some people prefer to consume our tinctures in fruit juice or other flavoured drinks.
