The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high with a ratio of herb to pure grain alcohol of 1:3. We use alcohol as this is the most efficient method to extract the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Dosage levels are very small (up to 4ml) so you do not need to worry about driving or children (up to 2ml) taking our tinctures

Some people prefer to take our tinctures with fruit juices or other flavoured drinks
