Our tincture contains only the finest quality organically produced ashwagandha. We don't sell pills or capsules because tinctures are more bio-available and do not contain unnatural ingredients

The specification we use is the same as required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high with a ratio of herb to alcohol of 1:3. We use alcohol as that is the traditional and most effective method of extraction gaining the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Dosage levels are very small (less than 6ml per dose) so you do not need to worry about driving or children (less than 3ml per dose) taking ashwagandha
