We only use the finest quality organic uva ursi (bearberry) leaf.
The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high with a ratio of uva ursi to pure grain alcohol of 1:3. We use alcohol as this is the most efficient method to gain the synergistic benefits of the whole herb. Dosage levels are very small 2ml to 4ml. Uva ursi is not recommended for children.
Some people prefer to take our tinctures in fruit juice or other flavoured drinks
Tincture manufactured and bottled in the UK to GMP approved standards.
Do not take if pregnant or breast feeding. Uva ursi is not suitable for prolonged use. Do not take if suffering from kidney disease. Take separately (at least two hours apart) from other medications.
