The specification we use is the same as that required by many professional herbalists. The tincture strength is high with a ratio of oat seed to pure grain alcohol of 1:3. 1ml is the equivalent of 333mg of dried oat seed. We use alcohol as this is the most efficient method to gain the synergistic benefits of the whole herb.

Suggested intake: 3ml to 5ml (30 to 50 drops) in a little water. The dose for older children is up to 2.5ml.
