Agnus castus is a hormone balancing herb that has traditionally been taken for menstrual cycle irregularities, premenstrual syndrome and symptoms of menopause

Directions:

To make a lovely agnus castus berry herbal infusion or tea use one to two teaspoonfuls of dried herb to a cupful of water.  Place the berries in a saucepan, pour on the water, cover with a lid and simmer gently for approximately ten minutes before straining.
