Our product contains only the finest quality extract of organically produced blackcurrant herb.  . The extract is made with an equivalence of 1ml to 50mg of fresh British buds. We use an organic alcohol and organic glycerin extract method as that is the most efficient method of extracting the synergistic benefits of the fresh buds.

Recommended intake 1.5ml (15 drops) three times a day (or as advised by your practitioner) so you do not need to worry about negative effects of alcohol consumption.
