Directions:
To make a lovely sweet rosehip fruit infusion or tea use one to two teaspoonfuls of dried shells to a cupful of water. Either make as a regular tea or for a stronger infusion place the shells in a saucepan, pour on the water, cover with a lid and simmer gently for approximately ten minutes before straining.
Recipe suggestion: Make a rosehip syrup by mixing half a cup of strong rosehip tea with a cup of honey.
