White willow bark has traditionally been used to help relieve pain and as an anti-inflammatory
To make white willow bark herbal infusion or tea use one to two teaspoonfuls of dried bark to a cupful of water. Cut larger pieces to small strips if necessary. Use to make a tea in an infuser teapot or for a stronger infusion place the bark in a saucepan, pour on the water, cover with a lid and simmer gently for approximately ten minutes before straining.
For further information and recommended dosage please consult a qualified herbalist. We recommend having no more than three cups of white willow tea per day
